1: Q:How can I order? Which is the quickest way for me to pay and buy the software?

A: Generally speaking, credit card is the quickest way for payment, for you can receive an email containing the download link or license code in minutes while you are placing the order through this way. Of course we accept all kinds of payment methods, like Credit-card online, Credit-card by phone, Credit-card by fax, purchase order, check/wire transfer, PayPal, ACH, postal mail, etc.

2. Q:Is my order secure?

5. Q:How can I confirm that I have finished the order?

A: Immediately after your payment, you will receive a confirmation email sent by the payment processor (SWREG), containing the confirmation information, your invoice and the receipt. So please make sure your email address is correct. And please check your spam if you don't receive it.

6. Q:Is an invoice possible? How can I receive it?

A: An invoice for your order will be issued only after payment is received.
For orders paid by credit card or direct debit from your bank account (electronic debit or online bank transfer), we will issue an invoice in no time.
For orders paid by wire transfer, check, or cash, you will first receive an order confirmation, and the invoice will be issued after payment is received.
In any case, we will automatically email your invoice or order confirmation to your billing address. The order documents are sent as PDF attachments with the email.
PDF is short for Portable Document Format, a multi-platform file format for documents. To be able to read PDF documents, you need Adobe© Reader©, which can be downloaded free of charge from Adobe.

7. Q:How long to receive the confirmation email containing the download link or keycode? What should I do if I don’t receive the email?

A: Generally speaking, the payment processor (SWREG) will send the confirmation email to you within 24 hours once your order is validated. If you don't receive the email, please check your spam. You can also tell us your order ID and the program you purchase by email, and we'll resend a download link or key code to you.

8. Q:What currencies do you accept?

A: Euro, US dollar, British pound, Australian dollar, Japanese yen, Canadian dollar, Swiss franc, Russian rouble, Brasilian real, Norwegian krona, Swedish krona, Polish zloty, Chinese renminbi yuan, Taiwan dollar, Indian rupee are all available. When ordering online, you can select from a number of currencies to display product prices for your currency.

9. Q:How do I pay by credit card or debit card?

10. Q:What should I do if I fail to download the purchased software from the download link provided in the email?

A: If you failed to download your purchased software, please email us with your order ID and the version of the program. We'll send a download link to you.

11. Q:How do I re-download software that I have already purchased?

A: To re-download software you have already purchased, locate your download link in your order confirmation email. If you purchased a registration key for software, the download will be found at the vendor's site. If you are not sure what site the software originates from, please use the order lookup form below to locate specific site and contact information for the vendor.

12. Q:I lost my registration information. What do I do?

A: Most registration information is available in your order confirmation email. If you are not able to locate this email, please submit a request to us, with the Order ID and/or email address that was used in placing the order. We will work with you to locate the order in our database, and resend any applicable registration information.

13. Q:What is "Extended Download Service"? Do I have to purchase this "Extended Download Service"?

A: The Extended Download Service is an optional service offered by the payment processor SWREG with additional cost. Once you purchase this service, you'll be entitled to 2 year of re-download service for the product you purchased, which means the service provider will keep backup copy of the current version of the product you purchased, and allows you to download it from the link at any time.

Please note the extended download service is selected by default. If you don't want to order the service, you can simply remove it.

14. Q:What is your refund policy?

A: All products on our website can be evaluated through trial versions. Please try the trial version before purchase and make sure that our products are compatible with your system and satisfy your requirements. Please feel free to contact us if you have any problems in using our products.

Note: We don't accept your refund demand due to the following reasons:
1. You requested refund for technical reasons, but never asked for any assistance from our support team with any detailed explanation of the problem.
2. You failed to receive the download link for the product, and didn't try to contact us.
3. You changed your mind after placing an order.
4. You recovered your lost password by yourself or others before using our products, even though you already purchased it.
5. You resolved the problem by other methods instead of asking help from us when the software didn't work for you.

If you are not satisfied with our products due to the following reasons, we'll refund your money in 30 days after purchase.
1. You ordered a wrong product, and then purchased the right product from us. We can refund you for the wrong product.
2. Our products didn't work for you, and our technical support team failed to provide effective solutions for you within 30 days.
