Add a new user to Windows 7 with Windows 7 Password Recovery Tool

This document introduces a method that add a new user to Windows 7 without log on Windows.

NOTICE: Windows 7 Password Recovery Tool full version support adding new user with Administrator privilege.
NOTICE: Windows 7 Password Recovery Tool trial version only can add user with common user privilege. The test user will expire immediately after being created.

The following steps help you add a new user to your Windows 7.

step 1. Download Windows 7 Password Recovery Tool installation program and install it.

step 2. Create a Windows 7 password recovery disk.

step 3. Access to BIOS to set your computer to boot from CD/DVD-ROM or USB drive.

step 4. Boot your computer from Windows 7 password recovery disk.

step 5. add a new user to Windows 7.

Step 1. Download Windows 7 Password Recovery Tool installation program and install it.

1.1 Download: Windows 7 Password Recovery Tool Trial Version.

1.2 Install Windows 7 Password Recovery Tool to a computer. Windows 7 Password Recovery Tool can be installed in Windows 2000, xp, 2003, Vista, 7 or 2008. Notice: If you want to install this program to Vista or Windows 7, you have better run installation program as administrator.

Step 2: Create a Windows 7 password recovery disk.

1. You can create a Windows 7 Password Recovery disk easily with Windows 7 Password Recovery Tool burning program. Run burning program, screenshot shown as follow. Select a burning type first.

2. Insert a writable USB flash drive or CD/DVD disc. Select the USB or CD/DVD-RW drive name which you inserted. Click Begin Burning.

3. After successfully burning, use this password recovery disk to boot the computer you want to add new user to.

Step 3: Set the computer to boot from CD/DVD-ROM or USB drive.

To set the locked computer to boot from CD/DVD-ROM, refer to How to set computer to boot from CD/DVD-ROM for step by step tutorial .

To set the locked computer to boot from USB drive, refer to How to set computer to boot from USB drive for step by step tutorial.

Step 4: Boot the locked computer from Windows 7 password recovery disk.

After setting the computer to boot from CD/DVD or USB drive, insert Windows 7 password recovery disk to the computer and restart the computer.

Step 5: Add a new user to Windows 7

When Windows Password Recovery Tool is ready , you can add a new user to widows 7 with several simple steps.

Follow 5.1, 5.2 steps to add a new user to Windows 7. Notice: If you want to add more then one user, redo step 5.1.

5.1 Click Add User button to add a new user.

5.2 At the following dialog, input User Name and Password, and then Click OK. Notice: If you want to set a blank password for the user, leave the password box empty.

5.3 New user has been created. Click Reboot button to restart your computer.

When click Reboot button, the following prompt was shown, eject the Windows 7 Password Recovery disk , and click Yes to make computer restart.

After restarting, you can log on windows 7 with new user.
